The Mind Body Positive ‘Company Visit' is designed to facilitate YOU, the busy client. We save you the travel time by bringing our services directly to your office.

Treatments are of 30 minutes duration for Reflexology or 20 minutes for Indian Head Massage, and are tailored personally to energise, uplift and revitalise your mind, body and spirit.

Advice on exercise, stretching and nutrition is also provided where appropriate.
